Our Process

Project Management

Identify the Need

Every project begins with listening. HAF works closely with communities, NPOs, sponsors and stakeholders to identify pressing social and economic needs.

Create a Steering Committee

Good governance starts with accountability. For each project, HAF establishes a dedicated Steering Committee made up of representatives from the Foundation, donors and local stakeholders.

Allocate Funding

Funds are distributed with strict due diligence. HAF ensures that every rand is allocated according to approved project plans, governance guidelines and compliance standards.

Track & Monitor

Ongoing monitoring is at the heart of HAF’s governance model. Using clear reporting structures and measurable indicators, we track how funds are spent, evaluate project performance and report back to donors and communities.
