Her current role, engages on developing and promoting systems, procedures and processes aimed at continuously improving the performance and delivery of the public sector infrastructure projects. • Project Manager for MISA turnaround Municipal projects. Project and engineering Management in the Chief Directorate of Strategic Asset Management (SAM) for the National Water Resource Infrastructure branch under the department of Water and Sanitation. • Pre-­feasibility study of a Process Plant in Madagascar & Mozambique. • Contract management and construction supervision for the Sishen South Rail Infrastructure. • Feasibility Study (FEL 3) Zimplats Smelter & Base Metal Refinery Expansion project.

Lisa Viola

Lisa Viola is a founder and Director of The Healing Africa Foundation. With a passion for community development, food production, early childhood development and tourism, she is fully dedicated towards creating sustainable, viable income generating projects that benefit communities across South Africa. Lisa has extensive knowledge in digital marketing and database collection, which is a major area of focus within The Healing Africa Foundation. Building databases and communicating effectively with communities and stakeholders to create long lasting synergistic relationships, Lisa is also extremely knowledgeable in the field of community development and in creating business plans that affect change in the old models of conventional upliftment projects. Her engagements with Enterprise development and partnerships with NGOs, beneficiaries and stakeholders have played a role in this leap in the new thinking.

Jasmen Chundurduth

Jasmen has over 10 years of experience in the Digital Industry, with extensive institutional and project portfolios as well as experience in managing large and complex multi-use development projects. She began her career as a Sales Consultant and has evolved in positions that including Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Project Manager and now Director in the digital space, as well as within The Healing Africa Foundation. Working in Open Shop environments, she have a vast understanding of both digital and viable community projects, together with a love for uplifting the poorest communities in South Africa. In her role as Director, she fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategies are clearly defined, while overseeing performance and maintaining morale, making sure every successful learning initiative has the required key people to allocate hours to new types of activities: reflection, planning, collaborative work, and training. Strong communication and client service skills enhance her process-driven management philosophy. She is a LEED Self taught Professional, Independent Contractor in Project Management and Finance. She believes that success Only comes in Cans and not in Can’t …
